Hmmmm. Sometimes it may be necessary to try something different... How 'bout (maybe) turning loose a small dog in the crawl? My father's beagle would have LOVED to do it. The squirrels won't stay long in there, worrying too much about the dog.
Then you must close off the avenues they are using to get in there.
And then get the dog out. I know, I know, doesn't sound that "professional," but that's about all I can come up with at the moment.
There is the possibility that you could rig up a one-way that would let the squirrels OUT, but not let them back in again. This would take a bit of mechanical ability, not sure if you can do that yourself, you might have to hire a "hubby" for that, or, perhaps, an exterminator...
