Something else than a squirrel? What might that be? Lordy God! Squirrels, raccoons, and now maybe something other? Maybe I can start a wildlife sanctuary and turn it into a tourist site with a government grant!
Can't plug the hole because it is too far up for any ladder I have. That is why I have been so vigilant to check the hole and listen at random times of the day. No noises at all other than the first day, not anywhere.
Glad to know that it is possible to have a squirrel hole and not have a resident. I thought it was strange. But my ears hear what they do and don't hear what isn't there. Still, it seemed strange to me, therefore, I came to ask you, whom I trust completely.
Thanks for your prompt and professional (as always) response.
What's your favorite chocolate? Seriously.
Best regards to you and yours, Rosa (RS from LI)
