Seems like a while man, I just finally got rid of mine. there was a hole in the wall in my garage for where a pipe from the old hot water heater used to run. A squirrel ventured into the garage I am guessing while it was open because of the Dogs food and water.. anyway, I trapped it in the addict by plugging up that hole and it was locked up there somehow for 7 days before it somehow found its way down into the dryer vent and fell down. I ended up taking it out to the alley in a chunk of dryer vent and shooting it with the pellet gun.. so at least 7 days.
