Are you sure it's a squirrel? Rats do that too... Mice too.

Easiest would be to park the car (for a day or two) in a strange place and hope (they) leave. Baits (or traps) are going to take more time. (Do you KNOW FOR SURE what it is?)

Then fix or get rid of that car.
