Hi John, Now I'm a little confused? I thought you said on your ant page that I shouldn't get worried unless I have like 50-100 ants a day in a room on a consistent basis, which I haven't. Maybe I didn't explain fully enough. When I had the first "big event", it was very, very humid out and I had alot of ants in the room, some winged some not - and also found dead ants. This lasted for maybe a day or two. I sprayed and put out ant cups - only saw a few since in my bedroom, bathroom and living room. Only yesterday, which has been a couple of weeks since that event, did I discover the winged ants on the books. Yesterday, inspected for water damage (couldn't find any), sprayed outside perimeter and inside, closed windows and haven't seen any since.
Do you still think I need to call a pro, and if so how much should I expect to spend and what should I expect him to do at this point? I CANNOT get any kind of guarantee as I live in a condo attached to others, and my neighbors will not agree to have their units serviced as well, so it may be that ants will go back and forth between units. So I'm between a rock and hard place.
As usual, your advice and expertise are so appreciated!!
