I didn't say the foam is not sufficient. In fact, it may well be PLENTY good for that job. And I agree that there's no better termiticide than Termidor, and if they will retreat (if necessary) at the end of three months, should you then find activity, I say give them the three months. It can take up that long for this stuff to take effect. Usually it is quicker, but I'd wait the three months before any repairs. Then, if you find there's still activity, you can have them back in.

There may have been a good reason they used the foam. I have used it, injecting very little foam, and having it work just fine. As long as they will rectify any problem, I see no harm in that.
