They should IMMEDIATELY schedule treatment to cover the affected area! That means within a few days, at the very most. Since your hose is a slab, I would want to drill through the slab at the closest I could get to where the termites are. If this is near the OUTSIDE wall, it might be able to be done by drilling in from the outside at an angle, so you could get a LIQUID TREATMENT WITH TERMIDOR to the affected areas. In fact, I might want to drill from the outside AND the inside, seeing as how you are having a definite problem. And since you obviously still have activity, no repairs to the wood floor should be made for another three months
And that 6x10 inch access should be flooded with liquid Termidor, not foam.
