*sorry i posted this originally in the ants message board!*

My wife and I were painting today. We found a teeny tiny clear-ish bug that had the body of a termite, with a very subtle reddish head. She said it was a termite. So i of course went into a panic. Which is why i'm here. Should we call up an exterminator to come out and look at our surroundings? I couldn't really find any other indicators that we have termites (no sawdust stuff). A couple weeks ago we had some carpenter ants showing up but that's the typical spring time showing. (i killed all of them MUHAHAHAA!)

I live in Maynard, MA in a dutch colonial built around 1920. Although, a carpenter the owned the house before us renovated the place, there is still some old would and a field stone foundation. I was disappointed to find you are in Philadelphia. I would've called you up in a heart beat.
Any help is appreciated!
B
