Different states have different laws. In Arkansas the lender requires the seller to provide the buyer with a one year full warranty which includes a full termite treatment and in Oklahoma only a 30 day contract with a limited warranty and no treatment. Usually in any circumstance the termite company that provided the "no activity" statement will be responsible for treating the termites and may or may not be liable for any damages...
