Well, the termites are likely in the wall around the windows - that's where they were when we last tented. And these are second story windows. So I don't really think it's the exterior. The droppings and swarmers were all around the window frames. Would Termidor help here? They are very big windows- replacing them would be more expensive than anything. And the windows themselves seem fine.
The company that offered the spot treatment (and foam) had two options - one is spot treating for $500 with a warranty just for those spots. The second included that plus treating the exterior soil, but included a two year warranty on the whole house - $1895. But we do not have subterrenean termites.
