John, since leaving my first post, I did some exploring on your website. Went to the Good Guys section and saw Herman Moxey listed for my area. They use Termidor. I also belong to Angie's List, where consumers list their reviews of different personnel they have used for different things. They gave a high rating to another company, and I looked at their website and they use Sentricon which I think I saw on one of your former posts which you don't recommend so I am considering scratching them. Thanks for your advice.
