We had termites about 3 years ago that got through a crack in our foundation. Company said we had a 3 year warranty but could extend for $200 to make it 5 years.

I got a mailing from Terminex yesterday that offering an annual termite service for $250.

Should I do another Termidor treatment to be safe or go with one of this annual plans to prevent the termites from returning?
