I notice Unexco offers an annual termite service. Do you lay any Termidor or is it just an insurance policy if they do come the full treatment is at no cost? The owners before us had termite, we were told they were gone, they come back 3 years ago and I figure it is better for me to kill them now with another Termidor application before they come back again. They came back in the exact same spot so I could almost just do a treatment on one side of the house.
