Depends on the situation, Brian. In either case, if the house gets termites, we come back. Here in New Jersey, you're not allowed to do a COMPLETE re-treatment, but we do treat whatever is necessary to end the problem, whatever that takes. After all, we don't want to have to come back again!

But every exterminator has a different policy of how they do things, and it depends on the company you're dealing with and the local, state and federal laws on these things.
