I have stubborn termites living in my den/garage shared wall. a company has treated/drilled the den, as well as the garage twice each over the years. I've also ripped out the concrete on the outside, and there are no cracks and no moisture (there used to be). Someone once suggested I treat/bait the wall itself (they are making tracks in there). Is that an alternative?
