The baiting systems might take a few years to take effect. I think you're better off with the Termidor treatments, for sure. And there might be a way to get under that slab, if they can drill from the garage, at an angle, to get under the den slab. We have done that many times.

For an efficient way to kill the termites, you will need to treat the ground.
