Termites eat ANY wood. But they prefer wood that's buried in the ground, such as your neighbor's fence...

I don't know what your relationship is with your neighbor, but you can tell her that she can move it if she wishes, but that you're not doing it.

Termites are in the ground - EVERYWHERE - if she's concerned about her fence, she should use pressure treated posts. Which, BTW, will STILL be attacked by termites, it will just take longer.
