bait traps or drill holes with Termidor

One trmite company recommends baiting around my house every 10 feet. Another company recommends drilling holes and inserting Termidor. It is a new house with no evidence of termites but I want to prevent problems. Crawl space is very wet and one company recommends a dehumidifier and putting a total ground covering over dirt which is so wet it is like soup. Which is better? Bait traps checked every three months or the holes with Termidor? Help please!
