Does the crawl EVER dry out? If you go thru all 4 seasons and it stays wet that's not good. You should have it covered with concrete or have a French drain put in. No treatment til then. After all that is done, I recommend Termidor - for sure. The baiting systems will cost much more in the long run. How "new" is the house and where is it? (City, state)
