Did you buy it from a builder? If so, call him up and ask him about it. YOU DON'T NEED A TERMITE JOB! Not on a house three months old. You probably won't need one for 15 years. And remember the Terminix guy was a SALESMAN! You don't trust salesmen in this industry. Tell your story to the builder and see what he says.
