I cannot trust the builder and he refuses to answer any calls or do any followup. He was a very crooked man who took advantage of my gender, age and aloneness to lie and cheat me throughout the process. THe last month we were not on a speaking basis when he demanded full payment before completion and before inspection.He shouts and intimidates through getting in my face and shaking his fist so he will not want to answer any questions especially if he thinks he may have to pay any money. He only built one house-mine- and is now out of the business.
