I see black plastic covering most of the floor as far as I can see. I see damp dirt under the black plastic. Terminex took photos and showed me on the computer that show a lot of debris left by builder like cans, wood and insulation. Some insulation is falling down from beams. One long thick cross beam is a stange brown, different from the wood color of the beams going straight up. There is an area of concrete block wall that looks discolored and he said the moisture readings in the beams are all from 14% -25%.
