My hubby and me closed on our house 60 days a go, after passed inspections. Yesterday I found termites in my deck. What can I do about it and who has to take care of the costs to treat and repair the damage. I love my home but would not bought it if I would have known this. Is my home losing value because of it? This is our fist home and we trusted the inspector. What can I do now and how should I go about it to fix it? Thank you very much
