Shouldn't be a big deal... Inspectors aren't perfect, so sometimes this happens, I don't think you should be upset about it as yet.
Get your paperwork together, call the exterminator and tell him you have found a termite problem and you would like him to take a look at it. Don't be confrontational about it, give them a chance to correct the problem - or not. Keep a log of what happens so you can have a history of your (and their) actions.
You should also let your agent and Realtor know about your problems and actions, this is something that they need to know.
Show the exterminator the problem and see what happens. Like I say, this DOES happen with exterminators (even us) and good, reputable exterminators will be able to rectify the problem, should it go that way.
