Thank you so much for your quick response. I talked to my realtor and he called the inspector right a way. Sounds like they are as upset as we are. They will come on Tuesday with their whole crew and tread for termites. He even talked about Termidor. My realtor even stopped by to make sure that it is what we are up against and found termites what I described as big and very mature. We only found them on the deck in a lot of spots so far. He also says the whole deck needs to be replaced witch he is going to work out with the PC people and previous owner. I sure will keep you posted to let you know how much more damage been found on Tuesday.
