Thanks John for the feedback. I've contacted a professor at my local university (UF) to get her advice on other possible inspectors. I don't have an exterminator as of yet, I've only lived in the house for three years and since I had a clean WDO (although I'm pretty sure this should have shown up since the holes look "aged" to me) and a concrete block house I wasn't too worried-especially since I have crawled in every nook and cranny inside and outside the home (I completely renovated it myself). Not to mention there was evidence of previous treatment for subterranean termites (I don't have any records on the house since the previous owner passed away before I bought it and I haven't seen any tags posted detailing a treatment). Selling a home is so much fun!
