We live in a small 6 unit apartment. Our unit was spot treated for drywood termites last week. The exterminator found holes and put termiticide in them. By no means was it a thorough inspection and treatment.

Today we found 1 winged drywood termite in our living room, and in our bedroom we found 6 unwinged swarmers and 1 winged. Is this enough activity for us to call the exterminator back for another inspection?

The strange this about this swarm is that there weren't many of them and most of them were unwinged. The last two times we encountered a swarm, there were about 12 dozen of them and most of them shed their wings while in our apartment. Is it possible that our neighbors were swarmed and a bunch of them wandered into our apartment?
