Call them back! Make sure you have samples you found, all details, where you found them, when, what happened, all the details. Refrain from spraying them yourself, the bugs are essentially harmless. Keep a log on all that's happening, phone calls, visits, etc...
Over time, you'll forget all these details, and they could all be very important at some later date.
The real cure for drywood termites is structure fumigation, often costing thousands of dollars, especially in contiguous structures.
For structures exhibiting numerous attacks by drywood, should be assessed for a full treatment by fumigation.
But call them back and see what your options are. Depending on where you live, landlords are generally responsible for treatments.
